Who Are You?

Good Question.

The short answer is that I’ve been working for the last 20 years, helping start and grow businesses.  I’ve done everything from 2-person start-ups to building and growing multi-million businesses for Fortune 100 companies.  I’ve mentored people in their lives, businesses and careers, and am now trying to share these experiences with a broader audience, online.

From time to time, I will invite other colleagues of mine to share their views and experiences with our readers, so don’t be too surprised if you see some other faces around here.

Generally speaking, this blog is geared towards everyone from “solo-preneurs” to companies earning up to $3 Million USD in revenue per year.  Your specific industry does not matter…that much.  I have found that in most cases, a problem’s root cause is not dependent on the specific industry you are in.  As you grow to more $3 Million USD per year, you can contact me through The Soltus Group for more help on growing your company through its next stages of growth.
